We’re looking for a full-time Agency Traffic / Project Manager to help manage the workflow of the agency team and touch every project at key points in the project lifecycle, from intake to delivery. The ideal candidate must take pride in providing ongoing management of numerous client projects. Creating a schedule at the beginning of each project aligned with resource allocation and client expectations for delivery
Updating project schedules regularly to reflect any delays or changes in expectations, and ensure clients are provided the most current schedule
Identifying resource requirements and allocating time to project schedules based on client expectations/li>
Running weekly time reports on each project to determine status in relation to budgetary requirements
Running reports at the conclusion of each project phase to compare planned versus actual time spent
Soliciting and documenting client feedback
Scheduling client calls and meetings to review deliverables tied to defined milestones
Assigning project tasks to team resources based on expertise, availability and budget considerations
Ensuring team members have documented requirements and client assets needed to begin work
Reviewing each deliverable to ensure it meets client expectations and work standards
Soliciting input from appropriate team members to review deliverables prior to client delivery
Addressing concerns with budgets, timelines or allocation to avoid delays and ensure project deadlines are met
This is not an entry-level position. We’re looking for someone ready to hit the ground running with strong, impactful work experience. This is a full-time, in-house position; applicants must live in, or be willing to commute to, the Portsmouth, NH area.
3-5 years experience working in a digital marketing agency setting and within a team environment
A clear understanding of and experience with job trafficking and project management
Workamajig mastery is a big plus
Proficient using Slack and Zoom for internal and client collaboration/communications
Effective time-management skills, the ability to handle multiple projects with multiple clients daily, and the flexibility to adapt quickly to changes
Proven written, verbal and communication skills, whether it be for an internal or client-facing engagement
Demonstrated expertise in building relationships with clients
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
